Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan meeting PM Modi, says ‘it’s the best 45 minutes of my life’!

Kerala (Commonwealth Union)_ Unni Mukundan, a popular actor in the Malayalam film industry, had long cherished a dream of meeting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and conversing with him in Gujarati, a language he had become proficient in during his teenage years. His dream came true when he was given the opportunity to meet with the Prime Minister in person for a 45-minute interaction in Kochi during the PM’s Kerala visit this week. Mukundan was ecstatic about the meeting and admitted to still being in a state of excitement while posting on his social media handle late at night.

In his Facebook post, the 35-year-old actor expressed gratitude to PM Modi for the meeting and reminisced about seeing him from afar when he was just 14 years old. He thanked the Prime Minister for greeting him in Gujarati with the words “Kem cho Bhaila” on stage during the ‘Yuvam’ program, which further added to his joy. He wrote, “Thank you sir, from seeing you afar as a 14-year old and now finally meeting you, I’m yet to recover!”.

Mukundan was overwhelmed with emotion during the meeting, and he expressed his delight by stating, “It was one big dream that I had to meet you and talk to you in Gujarati! It’s done, and what a way it has been! 45 minutes of your time are the best 45 minutes of my life!” He also shared some pictures of his interaction with the Prime Minister along with the Facebook post.

Furthermore, Unni Mukundan was inspired by the PM’s words of advice, which he vowed to implement in his life. He expressed his gratitude and stated that he would never forget a single word the Prime Minister had told him. He added, “Every piece of advice will be put into practice and implemented! Aavtha rehjo Sir, JaishriKrsn Narendra Modi PMO India” and concluded the post with a respectful salutation to the Prime Minister.
