NA speaker for reforms in education sector

Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaisar on Sunday said that reforms in the education sector was among top priorities of the government and uniform curriculum would be implemented across the country this year.

This was welcomed news as things are now slowly getting back to an adaptable norm with children coming back to school and even higher education institutes opening up. Pakistan has always managed to have a good education system and was one of the countries to try and get their young minds an education during the lockdown

He was speaking as chief guest in a ceremony organized by Swabi All Teachers Association in honor of retired teachers.

Asad has always been a great supporter of educational reforms and has always been a part of the sector helping it grown and even trying to make it better. He truly has taken time to study the system and pin point’s one problem at a time and tries to come up with solutions that will benefit everyone.

He said that single national curriculum was a vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan with an aim to unify the nation and ensured quality education for everyone.

He said that teaching was a very noble profession which play key role in the development of the country and asked teachers to pay special attention to the character building of students and make them prepare for future challenges. He appreciated the role of teachers in reforming the society.
