the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) in Lagos; the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital (UATH) in Gwagwalada; the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH) in Kano; the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) in Benin; the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) in Calabar; and the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH) in Yenagoa.

According to Mshelbila, the hospital support program was a response to the strain placed on the medical sector by the COVID-19 pandemic. He said that NLNG and its project partners would have a major impact on the country’s healthcare system by enhancing the fitness status of beneficiary medical facilities. NLNG’s Hospital Support Program (HSP) is the second component of the company’s nationwide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
