$12 for a full day; four hours or less it’s $6”. Grooming is determined by the dog’s size, breed, and the grooming package selected. According to Horstman, they offer unique services compared to other groomers. He said, “We offer a lot of different things that other groomers don’t offer”.
A few formal procedures must be completed before people leave their dogs at the spa. Horstman spoke about the services provided to the pets. He said, “Your dog has to be up to date on all of the shots, bordetella, Parvo and rabies and then we have to do a temperament test. You drop your dog off, fill out some paperwork and then pick it up in 45 minutes to an hour and then we’ll let you know whether your dog can come or not”.
The doggie daycare will be open from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 6 pm. Horstman is currently building a fence in the backyard, which will be completed by Monday and will provide the dogs with a dog park-like setting. This space will be used by the pets to play and relax. Horstman revealed about the new tools arriving soon. He said, “We have some really cool equipment coming in from Texas and we’ll have all kinds of obstacle courses to go in”.
