Mumbai, India (CU)_ In the next three months, India’s first pharma PSU plans to develop treatment for mild cases, reviving its failing status. Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd (HAL), India’s first public sector pharmaceutical corporation, is now in the race to help the nation during the pandemic. In the next three months, the Pimpri-based drug production unit, which was established in 1954, will manufacture oral medication to treat mild COVID-19 cases. The ailing public sector undertaking (PSU) claims to be in restoration, and two new plants were launched on Friday.
