New Delhi (CWBN)_ Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his Navratri wishes to people yesterday. He wished the nation happiness, peace and prosperity on the beginning of the Navratri festival.

PM Modi tweeted his Navratri greetings saying, “with the blessings of the Goddess, may our planet be safe, healthy and prosperous.”

The Prime Minister said “Pranams to Maa Shailputri on Day 1 of Navratri. With her blessings, may our planet be safe, healthy and prosperous. May her blessings give us strength to bring a positive change in the lives of the poor and downtrodden”.

The PM on his Navratri message said that he hopes for a positive change in the world.

The health ministry advised the people to strictly follow the Covid 19 guidelines during the festival celebration and give more importance to health and safety, considering the current situation of the country.

Navratri is a nine-day festival for the Goddesses Durga, Luxmi and Saraswathy celebrated by the Hindus in the month of October. The moral behind this popular festival is to praise and celebrate the three elements of Bravery, Wealth and Education.
