Canada _ (Commonwealth Union) _ The four-person family landed in Winnipeg shortly before 8 p.m. on Sunday, and they were informed by Sunwing that they would spend the night in a hotel and take a WestJet flight to Regina on Monday.

The mother, who is 31 years old, claimed that stranded passengers only receive scant information from the airlines and must rely on one another to find out the most recent news. Finding someone who could guide them in determining where they would be spending the night in Winnipeg was their responsibility after they had arrived.

Fox pleaded with the person responsible to make amends for the anguish they had caused. An additional stressor was that her youngest daughter became unwell with a respiratory infection during the protracted waiting period.

Her eldest daughter Zion, who is still in excellent spirits, is eager to reunite with her pet fish named Steve and receive the Christmas presents that Santa left while they were away.

Sunwing has received 78 reservations for Jilleen Kaal and Chris Morgan’s Jan. 29 wedding in Punta Mita, Mexico. However, the pair claims their wedding is in peril as the airline canceled all flights out of Saskatoon and Regina until at least February 3.Billie Deschene, who was stuck there together with her son, 15, said she is sick of people telling them on social media to enjoy their extended holiday.

The requirement to come back to Canada so they may resume their jobs is another stressor for those stranded travelers with whom CBC spoke. Sunwing informed CBC in an email statement on Saturday that they are still working through the backlogged flights to accommodate the remaining clients as quickly as possible. Now that just 47 of the guests reserved flights out of Calgary, their guest list has naturally shrunk.
