Hotels (Commonwealth Union)_ Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL), one of India’s rapidly expanding hospitality brands, has upgraded to Hotelogix’s cloud-based multi-property management system to enhance its operations and support its ambitious growth strategies. Established in 2001 and headquartered in Bengaluru, ROHL boasts a diverse portfolio of over 100 properties across India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, including business and leisure hotels, long-stay suites, and inns.
The switch to Hotelogix’s platform marks a significant shift from ROHL’s previous on-premises system, reflecting the group’s commitment to leveraging modern technology to streamline operations. The adoption of this comprehensive cloud solution allows ROHL to centralize operations, standardize processes across properties, and maintain greater control from its corporate office.
Arjun Baljee, President of ROHL, emphasized the importance of this transition, stating, “We are reimagining the digitization strategy for our brand and business. With Hotelogix’s Cloud platform, we are centralizing everything from our corporate office to implement and monitor brand standards while efficiently managing operations and serving guests better.”
Hotelogix’s multi-property management system is integrated with various third-party solutions, enabling ROHL to manage online distribution, revenue, accounting, restaurant operations, and more. The system also includes a Mobile PMS App, allowing staff to track operations in real time and make informed decisions on the go.
The upgrade has streamlined the go-live process for new properties, reducing overhead costs and simplifying the addition of new locations. This efficiency is critical as ROHL plans to expand with 25-30 new hotels and launch a new brand for 5-star marquee hotels.
At the core of ROHL’s strategy is enhancing the guest experience, utilizing data-driven insights and feedback to improve services and loyalty programs. The group is also exploring digital-first initiatives, such as self-check-in and guest services apps, to stay competitive in the market.
Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix, expressed gratitude for the partnership, stating, “ROHL’s adoption of the cloud is a significant leap for the entire hospitality industry in India. We are committed to delivering the expected ROI from this move to the cloud.”
Hotelogix, headquartered in Singapore, is a leading provider of cloud-based hospitality technology solutions, offering a range of services including a Multi-property Management System, Hotel PMS, and Mobile PMS App. The company’s solutions are trusted by over 5000 hotels in more than 100 countries.
This partnership between ROHL and Hotelogix represents a significant step towards modernizing and scaling operations in the hospitality sector, setting a new standard for cloud-based hotel management in the region.
