Sales of new private homes bounced back in October

SINGAPORE (CU)_In September this year, sales of new private homes in Singapore saw a sharp decline as developers were forced to delay launches on account of a sharp rise in COVID-19 infections. However, last month, the sector bounced back, after two months of consecutive declines, despite pandemic-induced restrictions still remaining in place.
