rock salt (sendha namak), one spoon of clove powder, one spoon of cinnamon powder, one spoon of mulethi, dried neem leaves, and dry mint leaves are required to prepare this powder. Grind all of the materials mentioned above to a fine powder. Your powder is now prepared. You may re-use it by storing it in an airtight container.

Place a teaspoon of tooth powder in your palm. Now, use the powder to clean your teeth with your toothbrush. Rinse your mouth with clean water.  If you do this for a week, you will see a difference in the color of your teeth. The rock salt naturally whitens your teeth, and licorice and neem help maintain healthy gums. This powder is particularly good for individuals who have sensitive teeth. Cinnamon and clove are both desensitizers.

Tips to keep your teeth healthy

Make sure you visit your dentist on a regular basis. You should brush your teeth at least twice daily. Flossing is essential for oral health. Hence, do it regularly. Avoid brushing for an extended period of time or vigorously, since this might wear away the tooth enamel. Use a soft brush instead of a medium or hard brush. Brushing your teeth with a medium or hard bristle might cause tooth enamel to erode over time. When brushing, the strokes should be vertical. Many people have the bad habit of cleaning their teeth with long horizontal strokes, which causes damage. You may use an automatic toothbrush to keep your teeth clean.
