Singapore (Commonwealth Union) _ Singapore’s Asia Cargo Network (ACN) has entered the UK aviation sector by establishing its inaugural aviation leasing office in London. This strategic move aims to bolster its fleet and clientele, thereby supporting the growth of the air freight industry. ACN anticipates that the new London office will augment its capabilities and contribute to expanding its network across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.
This development will play a pivotal role in the expansion of ACN’s leasing division, ACN Aeroleasing, which is a collaborative venture between ACN Group and Plane Invest Limited. ACN Group encompasses four operators: Asia Cargo Airlines, RDG Airlines, RGA-Black Stone Airlines, and World Cargo Airline (WCA), collectively managing a fleet of 12 aircraft for various purposes.
Currently, Asia Cargo Airlines operates four Boeing 737-300 Freighters, RDG Airlines operates three Boeing 737-300 Freighters, World Cargo Airline (WCA) operates one Boeing 737-400 Freighter and three Boeing 737-800 Freighters, while RDG Airlines operates one Bombardier CRJ-200ER, primarily dedicated to VIP services.
Marco Isaak, the Group Chairman of Asia Cargo Network, expressed the significance of this new UK-based leasing office in London, describing it as a pivotal milestone in realizing their long-term strategic vision. This move underscores their unwavering commitment to providing highly competitive and efficient leasing solutions to their international customer base.
