Cape Town, South Africa (CU)_ During the online press conference hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO), South African President Cyril Ramaphosa spoke about the country’s immediate need for vaccines and their plan to manufacture their own. He said, “The ability to manufacture vaccines, medicines and other health-related commodities will help to put Africa on a path to self-determination.
