Passengers flying with Singapore Airlines under this new partnership from London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2, living within the M25 perimeter are able to book a collection slot up to one year in advance, at their convenience. Passengers also have the option to select a slot until twenty four hours before scheduled departure via the AirPortr website.
Once a slot is booked, passengers will have their baggage picked up from their specified addresses after completing their online check-in, during the selected time slot.
