SRK responds to daughter Suhana Khan stealing all his spotlight……!

Mumbai (Commonwealth Union)_ In a delightful interaction with his fans on X (formerly known as Twitter), Shah Rukh Khan, amidst his busy schedule, engaged in an Ask SRK session. Responding to a fan’s inquiry about when he would showcase his roller-skating skills in movies like his daughter Suhana, Shah Rukh Khan offered a humorous and candid reply. He acknowledged trying roller skating a few times but humorously admitted to falling on his butt, humorously concluding that he would leave the skating expertise to Suhana, who excels in it.

This lighthearted exchange provided fans with a glimpse into the father-daughter dynamics between Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana. The fan asked, “Suhana Khan stealing all your spotlight by roller skating.. when will you roller skate in your movies?” SRK replied, “Never ever I have tried it a few times and fallen on my butt!!! I will leave skating to Suhana, she is really good at it.” Suhana Khan, set to make her debut in Zoya Akhtar‘s film “The Archies,” showcased her roller-skating prowess in the recently released song “Sunoh.”

The fan’s question prompted Shah Rukh Khan to share the spotlight moment with Suhana, emphasizing her talent in roller skating. Suhana’s film is scheduled to stream on Netflix on December 7, while Shah Rukh Khan’s film “Dunki” is slated for theatrical release on December 21, generating heightened excitement among fans. In a previous Ask SRK session, Shah Rukh Khan revealed his excitement for both films, mentioning Suhana’s love for “Dunki” and his preference for “The Archies.” He said, “Suhana loves Dunki and I love Archies. Between the two of us I think we are all sorted.#Dunki”.  

This playful banter between father and daughter encapsulates the supportive and affectionate bond they share. Shah Rukh Khan, a proud father, has been actively cheering for Suhana’s debut, expressing his admiration for the film’s contemporary yet timeless narrative and its fable-like world. After the trailer release, he took to Instagram to commend director Zoya Akhtar for creating an innocent and pristine quality in the film, drawing parallels to the potential of our world with a more responsible environmental outlook.  

Shah Rukh Khan shared the trailer and penned, “A contemporary subject with timeless characters The Archies… thrown into a world that is very fable like. Zoya has created such an innocent and pristine quality to the film….maybe just like our world could be with a more responsible outlook towards the environment. All the best to the entire team involved with this sweet and meaningful fun film!”. The Archies marks the debut of not only Suhana but also Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen alongside Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in “Dunki,” adding to the anticipation surrounding both films.
