throw mud at each other on public platforms and for one of the greatest coaches of the all black team Sir Steven Hansen this was a little too much. He has finally told both parties not air all their dirty laundry in public and that to make sure the dispute remains behind closed doors.

Hansen quoted “I just wish they would stop airing all their dirty laundry in public, and sit down and get together and talk about it, there’s no point in arguing with each other publicly. Get everybody in the room and say, ‘OK, let’s sort it out. The players are only sticking up for what they believe in, so you have got to give them a tick. And the rugby union are trying to get some extra money in the game, so you have got to give them a tick.”

The Silver Lake deal would bring in money to help the association to in their terms help the players. The players on the other hand want the integrity of the game to say the same as opposed to earning extra. What Hansen is trying to make both parties understand is that by taking this deal both parties would benefit.
