Summit Board of Education: No Decision yet on Masking Students

Further, Hough stated that, “we will thoughtfully reintroduce field trips, visitors, and assemblies and speakers.” While three-foot physical distancing remains the rule, it can be accomplished by keeping desks in rows. Hough’s announcement that Plexiglas barriers would be going away also elicited applause. Measures like regular cleaning of high-touch areas, air filters, and hand sanitizer will remain in place.
