The role of the Commonwealth at COP26

(CU)_The United Kingdom is set to host one of the largest climate summits in history, bringing together leaders, climate experts, negotiators, civil societies and people on the frontline of the climate crisis to adopt a collaborated effort to tackle the matter. The event has been a long awaited event for climate campaigners, as countries across the globe, some of the largest economies in particular, race against the clock to minimise their greenhouse gas emissions, in order to maintain global warming well below 2°C, as set out by the Paris agreement.
