Nagarjuna’s first wife was Lakshmi Daggubati, who is the daughter of the Telugu filmmaker D. Ramanaidu. In 1986, the couple welcomed their son Naga Chaitanya. In 1992, the couple were divorced and Nagarjuna remarried actress Amala after their divorce. Nagarjuna was her co-star in movies such as Nirnayam and Shiva.
