Genelia looks fresh in the video and was saying some amusing lines before flashing a beautiful smile. The actress was lip-syncing a TikTok conversation.
She said, “Acha, mohabbat hogayi hai? Humse ho gayi hai?…Acha, baat suno, pasand buri nahi tumhari. (You have fallen in love? Fallen in love with me?… Wait up, listen, your choice is not bad, after all).” Her performance was too cute and garnered huge attention in social media.
Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia’s husband, seemed to be carried away by the actress’ video, just like her fans. He reacted to the video with love. He wrote, “Am I lucky or am I lucky?” and added heart emojis to the lovely comment which attracted many fans. Genelia replied to the comment with a flock of emojis and wrote, “You are the luckiest”. Riteish’s statement drew a lot of attention from fans, who described them as a lovely couple. One of the fans wrote, “Definitely, the best choice you have ever made”.
After seeing the video, actor Sanjay Kapoor joined a chorus of fans calling for Genelia to return to the big screen. He wrote, “You should start doing films again”. Genelia responded to Sanjay saying, “So sweet you are Sanjay. Now, I am rooting for our baby, Shanaya”. Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter is Shanaya Kapoor. In July, she is set to begin filming her debut film with Dharma Productions.
Genelia has worked in multi-languages and she is quite popular in south India too. Genelia and Riteish dated for a long time before getting married in 2012. The couple worked together in films like Masti and Tere Naal Love Hogaya. They are now parents to two sons namely, Riaan and Rahyl.
