This marks the fifth time CAG has taken the top spot since the study began tracking Singapore’s most desirable employers. In addition to its recent winning streak, the company also secured first place in 2016 and 2018. Singapore Airlines, while not in this year’s top 10, was inducted into Randstad’s Employer Brand Hall of Fame for the second time. The national carrier had previously held the number one position for three consecutive years between 2019 and 2023 and is expected to re-enter the rankings in 2026.

Randstad Singapore’s country director, David Blasco, praised the winners for setting high standards in employee care and brand reputation. “These organizations have shown a real commitment to creating workplaces where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow,” said Blasco. “They’ve gone beyond offering competitive pay. They’re investing in flexibility, diversity, growth opportunities, and a workplace culture that people want to be part of.”

Changi Airport Group, in particular, has received global acclaim not just for its world-class airport infrastructure but also for the variety of options it provides in operations, commercial development, and aviation services. The group anticipates creating additional jobs in infrastructure, engineering, and operational planning with the upcoming development of Terminal 5. This year’s poll revealed a change in what employees appreciate most. While compensation and job stability remain essential, more Singaporeans are valuing work-life balance, professional advancement, and a feeling of purpose at work.
Blasco noted that today’s job seekers are more discerning and expect transparency, flexibility, and alignment with personal values. “Companies can’t rely solely on financial perks anymore. People want to feel connected to their work and their employers,” he said. Randstad’s annual research, carried out by independent firm Kantar, surveyed over 170,000 individuals across 36 countries, including 2,522 participants in Singapore. Respondents selected the most attractive employers from a pool of the country’s 75 largest commercial companies and institutions. In addition to naming the top employers, the survey also ranked the most attractive sectors to work in. Hospitality and recreation took the lead, followed by life sciences and the services industry, which includes security, facilities management, and catering.
