This activity is more of trap than a time pass but none the less you can choose to watch an educational documentary or even some real life housewife drama if that’s what you need. Whilst this may not be the most productive of habits still better than being home bored.
- KEEP A JOURNAL
This is great way to put yourself into a semi routine and keeping track of your mental health. You can journal your thoughts and how you are feeling on a daily basis. You could make a list of things you would like to do when quarantine ends.
- ENROL ON A FREE COURSE
Since the pandemic has made it impossible to step outside this is your chance to finally enroll in many of the free courses advertised on the internet and gain extra knowledge whilst staying safe.
- LEARN A NEW SKILL
If enrolling in courses isn’t what you want then you could always learn a new skill maybe learning to play chess or even playing the piano. This is a great time to start something that can be done indoors.
- SET UP A WORKOUT ROUTINE
Time was the one thing that was the problem when wanted to make a commitment to get fit. Now with these stay at home regulations we can finally commit to a get fit routine.
- COMPLETE A DAILY PUZZLE
Another fun activity we have is puzzles. Doing a daily puzzle is a great way to keep your mind sharp. There are lots of puzzles online that you can do daily.
- MEDITATE
Meditating is a really good habit. With this quarantine laws you finally have time to put into learning the beautiful art of meditation.
- KEEP IN TOUCH WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS AND PAST COLLEAGUES
Whilst physically we must isolate from being around other people we can still call our friends and family to check in on them. You can make phone calls and video calls to loved ones and keep in touch or just to check in on them.
- ATTEND TO THE GARDEN
The time has come for you to finally make those Pinterest board dreams come true. A little gardening will also help you break a sweat and stay healthy.
