Boost of opportunities for Nigerian investors in fixed profits.

Abuja (CWBN) – As a strategy to enhance the capital market players depending on available financial assets, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) hosted a two day webinar to initiate fixed profit markets in partnership with the Debt Management office (DMO) and related officials.

In the webinar, the Chief Executive (CEO), Mr. Oscar N. Oneyema stated that the continuity of exchange to a climax of creating new avenues of debts in Nigeria, with a market capitalisation of N 16.4 Tn. The Exchange fosters the interaction between Nigerian lenders and borrowers by offering capital raising attributes to all classes, Sovereign, Sub National, Cooperates and Supra – National bonds. The CEO further declared that with a fixed income of profit markets, NSE reiterate its commitment to provide a hybrid market fir dealers as well as institutional and retail investors to increase liquidity in fixed income securities.

The Equity Analyst, CSL stockbrokers, Olakayode Olayami highlights both primary and secondary market activities with investment opportunities available for investors in the NSE debt market. The exchange between Debt Management Office (DMO) and CSL fosters to navigate properly in the fixed income market with the exchange, the authorities foreshadows a reliable economy but to cater financial programs that gain investors with varied asset classes. The exchange is working assiduously to ensure investors to realize character – traits of various securities issued to maximize their benefits.
