NIGERIA (CWBN)_ The Nigerian Army said international community instigated the Boko Haram attacks to “cut Nigeria to size.”

Col Sagir Musa, acting director of the Army’s Public Relations, said some international paymasters sponsored the insurgents. Musa mentioned this in Wednesday’s (Dec 02) social media article.  The article comes against Saturday’s killing of over 43 farmers and abduction of 10 women by militants in Zabarmari, Borno State.

The military spokesman said the recent massacre of the farmers was “… unexpected, inhuman, cowardly, dastardly and sadistic cruelty…”. He continued to say, “There is no normal human being that will take pleasure in such inhuman massacre of defenceless and armless civilians, working on their farms; but that is the nature of terrorism and those who sponsor it.”

The Col went on to state that there were “international paymasters” at large, conspiring to alter the image of Nigeria by sabotage and disfigurement, by utilizing the Boko Haram.

“They train them, arm them, finance them and supply their logistics.”
