Apple Rumored To Launch a Pair of Smart Contact Lenses In 2030

There have been stories through the apple orchards that Apple has been working on a few wearable tech items in the last few months, these items include AR/VR headsets and a pair of smart glasses. This seemingly isn’t all that Apple has been working on Analyst Ming Chi Kuo stated that Apple has been dabbling in the possibility of making a pair of smart contact lenses.

Before one can get to excited Kuo says that this product will not be prototyped or launched in the foreseeable future and that it’s most likely to be sorted out by 2030 or after that even. So we would have to wait for a long time and would have to contain our excitement till then.

This isn’t an out of reach idea because if the rumors on the AR glasses prove to be true then it won’t be a surprise if apple were to make a micro size version of it when it would be in the form of a contact lenses and it would market to the people who are not too fond of wearing glasses.

Whilst this might seem for the new generation to be cool and techy there is the problem of privacy and if Apple would be able to record everything one would see when using the device, if so could the government of the countries be allowed to access them as well. Conspiracy theories would fly around this, if this wasn’t a scare there is the issue of what would happen if were were to misplace or loose the device. But even though there are negatives it would be a very impressive thing for the tech world if this does happen. But it would not be right to get too excited as there will be a while before we can see anything before it.
