Chennai, India (CU)_ In a recent study conducted by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) with a group of 18 persons, it was found that using a combination of Covaxin and Covishield vaccines resulted in a greater and stronger immune response. This trial yielded better findings in terms of safety and immunogenicity.

Apollo Hospitals MD Dr. Sangita Reddy said the results were encouraging. She took to Twitter and wrote, “Encouraging preliminary results which need 2B confirmed through larger studies with longer follow ups.
