OTTAWA (CU)_The Canadian housing market is now encountering a slowdown after a boom in property values earlier this year. Recent data issued by the Canadian Real Estate Association revealed that homes sold in July 2021 declined by 15 per cent from a year earlier, while prices were also down from where they were a few months ago.
