Hyderabad, India (CU)_ According to the company’s statement, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has granted PhonePe an insurance brokerage license. PhonePe, an online payments platform, announced that it has acquired preliminary authorisation from IRDAI to act as a broker for life and general insurance products.
