Mumbai, India (CU)_ Vedaant Madhavan, son of actor R Madhavan, has won seven medals in the 47th Junior National Aquatic Championships 2021 which was held in Bengaluru and made his parents and family proud. Vedaant has been receiving a lot of applause and cheers on the Internet after winning four silver and three bronze medals at the events, with Madhavan’s fan followers dubbing him a perfect son.
Actress Dia Mirza, Madhavan’s co-star in Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein, also complimented Vedaant for winning medals, who played on behalf of Maharashtra in the swimming competition. She took to Instagram and posted an article on Vedaant’s victory and wrote, “Congratulations Vedaant”.
Vedaant, son of R Madhavan and Sarita Birje, turned sixteen in August. The actor took to social media and wished his kid with an adorable birthday wish. He shared a lovely father-son duo picture and wrote, “Thank you for beating me at almost everything I am good at and making me jealous yet, my heart swells with pride. I have to learn so much from you my boy. As you step into the threshold of manhood, I want to wish you a very happy 16th birthday and hope and pray that you’re able to make this world a better place than we are able to give to you. I’m a blessed father.”
Madhavan’s filmography includes appearances in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and English films. He is popular for his roles in Bollywood movies such as 3 Idiots, Rang De Basanti, 13 B, Tanu Weds Manu, Guru, Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein, and Zero. Madhavan’s upcoming project is Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, a film whose trailer was a social media sensation. The actor was most recently featured in Maara, a Tamil version of the Malayalam film Charlie. The film premiered on Amazon Prime Video.
