Meat reduced in Australia

Plant based diets are trending right now and it’s not just because it is beneficial for your health and wellbeing but also out of concern for the environment. A study was conducted by researchers from La Trobe University, Griffith University and Queensland university of Technology. They surveyed more than 3,000 Australians about their perception on diet and their eating habits. Thirty-two percent of participants stated that they had limited their meat consumption in the past year.
