India (Commonwealth Union)_  In order to focus on new breakthroughs and research developments in India’s nutraceutical sector, Zeon Lifesciences, a maker of nutraceutical and herbal products, updates its Paonta sahib plant with Industry 2.0 Automation and AI. It only seeks to increase output and the number of available jobs.

As a result of plant advancement, new developments have taken place at the current plant, including the adoption of ZEMANEX’s new operating model (Zeon Manufacturing Excellence – The New Way of Working), the establishment of a new independent vertical for Manufacturing Compliance, the adoption of the new First Line Leader (FLL) concept for improved accountability and responsibility, and more.

The company will benefit from this in terms of increased capacity, a laser-like focus on zero defects, zero waste, zero accidents, cost optimization, a more diverse clientele, and a better ability to manage varied clients and varied needs of all dosage forms. As a result, there will be more openings for those with fewer than five years of work experience.

Zeon Lifesciences founder and physician Suresh Garg said: “Technology-enabled innovation and continual adoption of new technologies are necessary to meet the forthcoming difficulties of industrial expansion, research & development, and advances in the nutraceutical industry. I believe that this new construction and the plant’s amenities will provide new prospects for trade, innovation, and medical research as well as set a benchmark for nutraceuticals in India.”

“Zeon constantly supports creative and translational research in an endeavor to transform medical innovation and research in India. In order to study product formulation and its development in the fields of nutraceuticals, ayurveda, clinical nutrition, phytotherapeutics, sports nutrition, and cosmetics, easy-to-manage R&D projects are the main objective of this development,” said Dr. Vivek Srivastav, senior vice president of Zeon Lifesciences.
