What’s behind the major recruitment drive in a prominent UK firm

Europe UK (Commonwealth Union) – BAE Systems, the UK’s largest defence company, has announced plans to add more jobs in 2023. The new positions will be created across the company’s global operations, with the majority being based in the UK.

The job increase is likely to become a welcome boost for the UK economy, as it will create new opportunities for skilled workers. The positions will be in a variety of areas, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and cyber security.

He also indicated that the company’s contribution to this cannot be overplayed and the new research highlights how important the company is to the UKs world-leading defence industry.

In the Department for Education’s most recent rankings, The Company has once again been recognized as one of the leading apprenticeship employers in the UK. Notably, this year, the company is surpassing previous records by hiring a remarkable number of 2,600 apprentices and graduates in the UK. This figure represents an impressive increase of over 40% compared to the previous year.
