Managing stress is very important since stress can increase blood pressure and over time, it may be a risk factor for CAD.

It’s very important to get enough sleep since a lack of sleep can increase the risk of developing CAD and raise blood pressure.

Quit smoking as it may increase the risk of heart attack.
