Woolworths is celebrating Christmas by dropping the price of their prawns to just $14 per kilo.
The discounted seafood prices of the supermarket giant run right through the festive season from 13th December to 26th December.
Prawns are not the only discounted shellfish on the menu as customers will also be able to get their hands on rock lobsters for just $23 a pop.
The price of smoked salmon has been slashed to just $25 for a 500g pack which is a $6 saving

Rock lobsters just $23 each
Woolworths expects the lobsters to be popular since more than 100,000 of them are likely to be sold before Christmas day.
The retailer has also stocked up on Moreton Bay Bugs which are an exclusive item, ahead of Christmas; and retail at $45.
Pre-prepared seafood products have also been introduced by the retailer for time-poor people to enjoy. From lobster tails with lashings of garlic butter to Tasmanian salmon with lemon myrtle and honey marinade or balsamic and maple glaze, the team have it sorted.
The range includes Barramundi with lemon myrtle and wattle and a salmon roast with apple and cranberry stuffing.
A spokesperson from Woolworths who spoke to FEMAIL explained the range of pre-prepared prawns on offer.
From prawns which have been peeled and de veined to jumbo prawn skewers.
The popular prawn ring platter which is also available in the freezer section has been described as ‘the perfect entrée’.
