Sydney-based engineer and underwriter Simon Garske, will first make Agile’s newest offer accessible to brokers. It will ultimately be available through the company’s web platform, which automates laborious transactions. Agile claims that its construction underwriting team is well-versed in a wide range of technology risks as well as the procedural and contractual issues that current projects confront.

Mr Garske shared the future plans of the company. He said, “We’ll consider a wide range of project types and industries, focusing initially on single projects and then annuals as we grow the portfolio. We’ll also consider co-lines. Agile will partner with brokers and their clients in risk management for construction projects, large and small.” According to him, the construction team is also working on other new creative unique items. Agile currently possesses 12 binders namely accident and health, aviation, casualty, construction, cyber, drones, financial lines, and retail travel.
