Hotels (Commonwealth Union) _ Atmosphere Core has inked a hotel management agreement with “Zoom Nirman Private Limited” to establish a luxury resort in Kurseong, West Bengal, situated in the Darjeeling Hills. This agreement follows Atmosphere Core’s recent announcement of 8 new properties in October 2023, showcasing the company’s expanding footprint across India.
The existing operational resort, currently known as Allita Hotels & Resorts with 35 keys, is set for a significant transformation. The enhancements will include the addition of 75 keys, resulting in a total of 110 keys comprising private pool villas and luxury suites, along with a substantial 40,000 square feet of event space. By the fourth quarter of 2025, the resort will be rebranded as “Allita, an Atmosphere experience in Kurseong, Darjeeling Hills,” seamlessly integrating into the Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts brand portfolio. This strategic move aims to enhance the resort’s positioning and offerings under the Atmosphere brand, promising a unique and immersive experience for guests in the picturesque Darjeeling Hills.
The design philosophy for the resort aims to harmoniously blend modern aesthetics with local influences, showcasing breathtaking views of Himalayan pine forests and lush tea gardens. The guests will have access to a range of amenities, including all-day dining, specialty restaurants, a themed bar, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, and the premium ELEINA Spa. This comprehensive array of facilities ensures that guests can indulge in a diverse and luxurious experience, making their stay at the rebranded Allita resort truly memorable.
Catering to discerning weddings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure customers, the resort will curate an unforgettable experience.
