ENGLAND – TripAdvisor has announced the winners of its much-anticipated for the 20th year and the results will surprise you.
For Britain’s best hotel, the winner isn’t the likes of ,, or any other icon known for its five-star luxury and service, but an unassuming four-star address in London’s Covent Garden.
is the “hidden gem” hotel that has been crowned the best in the UK for 2022, taking the prestigious top spot from the boutique in London’s Knightsbridge.
Up from fourth place last year, it’s easy to see why topped the list. Recent reviews on TripAdvisor are brimming with praise for this eminently stylish hotel. In fact, out of 1,027 guest reviews, a whopping 973 guests have given it the top ‘Excellent’ rating.
TripAdvisor’s annual awards are based on the quality and quantity of traveller reviews and ratings posted on the travel website over a 12-month period, with results based on the opinions of thousands of real traveller experiences.
The positive reviews for The Resident Covent Garden frequently mention the prime central London location of the hotel.
