Ontario, Canada (CU)_ Blue Cross Life, being a federally regulated corporation, functions in every province throughout Canada. In Canada, the Blue Cross brand has been recognized for affordable, high-quality supplemental benefits for organizations and individuals for over seven decades. Blue Cross Life was ranked 1 out of the eighteen businesses evaluated, with Canada Life, Sun Life, and Manulife Insurance in subsequent positions. According to the final results of a huge annual nationwide survey released recently, Canada’s Blue Cross Life Insurance Company or Blue Cross Life has been crowned the Most Respected Life Insurance Company in Canada.

Marie-Josée Martin, President and CEO of Blue Cross Life, expressed delight and pride over the milestone accomplishment. She said, “Our organization is beyond thrilled with this milestone, as it’s a terrific nod to our efforts in 2021 and inspires a great deal of confidence for our team as we head into the New Year”. She added, “The strides we are making as an organization come as no surprise to us internally, but we are delighted to continue to see our work recognized by those outside of Blue Cross Life.”

Jeff Munn, Executive Director of the Most Respected Award Program in Canada, expressed optimism over the success and spoke about the company’s growing reputation and increasing awareness programs. He said, “After finishing high in last year’s rankings, placing second, Blue Cross Life claimed the coveted top spot this year as result of its surging awareness and respect scores across the country”. Munn expressed his wishes to the Blue Cross Life. He said, “Respect is one of the ultimate markers of success, for any organization, in any industry. This award is chosen by the Canadian public, not a committee or group, so its prominence cannot be overstated. We congratulate Blue Cross Life on this well-deserved distinction.”

Since its inception in 2019, Canada’s Most Respected Award Program has assessed the public respect ranking of organizations across eight industry areas using national criteria. This year’s annual award for Canada’s Most Respected Life Insurance Company is based on the findings of a Maru Public Opinion survey that involved 4,082 voting adult Canadians. The entire results for this year’s award, as well as the methodology and rankings, are available at the website www.canadasmostrespected.com/awardee-categories.
