A new study in which the University of Aberdeen Rowett Institute may play a role in future dieting. The study has found that dieting impacts males and females in a unique way during young adulthood, but they are eliminated as individuals grow older.

The scientists discovered that males with lower calorie diets displayed greater fat loss and enhancements in blood sugar levels compared with females.
