Car insurance to become mandatory in India

Chennai, India (CU)_ The Madras High Court in India has ordered that all new automobiles sold after 1st September 2021 must have bumper-to-bumper insurance. Bumper-to-bumper insurance is normally given as a supplement to traditional auto insurance coverage. Other than the minor engine parts, batteries, tyres, and glass, it covers the whole cost of the automobile. It is also referred to as zero-depreciation insurance.
