Hotels (Commonwealth Union) _ Centara Hotels & Resorts is thrilled to announce the inclusion of five unique properties to its expanding portfolio, strengthening its presence in Thailand and Vietnam and laying the groundwork for strategic growth initiatives both domestically and internationally.

Michael Henssler, COO of Centara Hotels & Resorts One notable addition is the Centara Villas Phi Phi Island, following a strategic Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) with Phi Phi Paradise Company Limited. Scheduled to reopen in October 2024, this resort boasts 40 villas, an all-day dining restaurant, a sunset sky bar, a pool bar, spa, fitness center, and an onsite mini-shop.
Another exciting project is the Tiva Ao Makham Resort Phuket, under a Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) with Kornsiri Hospitality Management Limited Partnership. Set to redefine health-focused travel, this greenfield project in Phuket will offer 68 rooms and exceptional facilities such as yoga, cycling, and Pilates studios, along with sauna, steam room, and onsen facilities.
Centara’s expansion into Vietnam includes two remarkable properties in Vung Tau City, set to open in Q1 of 2027. Centara Life Vung Tau will offer 261 keys, featuring modern meeting rooms, swimming pools, a fitness center, spa, and kids club. Meanwhile, Centara Residence Dio Dua will provide 536 rooms, along with a fitness center, swimming pool, and dedicated kids club.
In addition, Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don will open a second tower in Q2 2025, expanding its hotel and resort apartment offerings in Van Don. Tower B will feature 496 rooms, dining options, a fitness center, and swimming pools.
