Collaborative action by the commonwealth focusing to build strong education system across Africa post covid.

To build education systems that are resilient enough to withstand future pandemics, the commonwealth countries must work together. This was said by the participants at a meeting which was held in the wings of the recent association for the development education in Africa. (ADEA)

      The commonwealth event at the ADEA’s conference, which was organized by the commonwealth secretariat, in partnership with the Kenyan ministry of education to concentrate on ways to implement the outcomes of the 21st commonwealth conference of the education ministry. (21CCEM)

               Vice Prime Minister and minister of education, Tertiary education, Science and technology Hon Mrs. Leela Devi Dookun – Luchoomun said that the impact of covid 19 extended school closures on learning and education.

            She also mentioned that we should build a strong education system which we will be prepared to face any major disruption that may shake us in the future. During the session, the commonwealth educational leadership Handbook was overseen by Hon Dookun-Luchoomun at the soft launch, according to the publication the resource is a practical, quick response to express needs in school leadership development.
