Last year under the coordination of Dr. Chaya Surajbali -Bissoonauth, the modules of the handbook were piloted and rolled out. Knowledge – sharing between commonwealth countries will be key to implement the recommendations of 21 CCEM and this year’s commonwealth head of government meeting, was said by Dr. Amina Osman, one of the book author and education advisor at the commonwealth secretariat.
She also said that we should identify shared goals and implement concrete actions mainly where collaboration and partnerships offer cost savings and efficiency.
