PAKISTAN – Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication Syed Amin Ul Haque said that education was the need of the hour and the youth should focus on it. The youth of Asian countries are now leaving with the bare minimum education to different parts of the world and becoming handy men or other minimum wage workers and making decent livings.

But with this happening a lot of Asian countries are losing their youth in numbers and the ones that leave don’t have plans of coming back and serving their skills to their mother land.  Almost all the Asian countries are developing countries and from their perspective the youth is needed so that there can be growth in the country itself.

But there is a lack in the education part of it and the younger generations will not sit by and waste opportunities.   if they wanted to get more opportunities, they have decided that they must leave and find it one their own instead of waiting around for the government to do so.

He expressed these views while addressing the gathering here. He further said youth were the assets and government would extend all kinds of support to them. The government had to be reminded how important it was that there is a generation younger to take up the new problems and technology that the world has to offer in forms of development.

He assured that K-4 would be completed soon and it would resolve issue of shortage of water in city. Besides, project of KCR would be included in CPEC, he uttered. Quota system would be implemented to provide jobs to youth of urban Sindh, he informed, saying that lower-grade jobs would be given to local people.
