Galadari Hotels Lanka PLC took a significant step forward by signing an agreement with the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka, initiating the refurbishment process for the property.

The first phase of the project, estimated at USD 33.5 million, will encompass the refurbishment of 196 rooms, restaurant outlets, the guest lobby, common areas, and a redesigned hotel facade. The second phase is slated to begin one year after the completion of the first. The BOI’s approval signals the start of an exciting journey for the hotel, culminating in its management under the esteemed Radisson brand, rebranded as “Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo.”
