The bikemaker has been keeping fans guessing by releasing teases at regular intervals. With less than a week till the official release of the Karizma XMR 210, Hero has released a new teaser. The company’s most recent film allows us to see the engine, gearbox, instruments, and features.
The latest teaser confirms that the Karizma XMR would be the first Hero vehicle to use a liquid-cooled engine with DOHC architecture and a 6-speed transmission. The teaser film shows entirely digital LCD instruments and dual-channel ABS, among other things.
The teaser displays a sticker on the engine with the “210” insignia, revealing the specifications. The engine will have a 4-valve head and Dual Overhead Camshaft (DOHC) layout.
When we consider that the bike has a single cylinder, it would have a high revving motor. The teaser depicts the bike having a digital tachometer with a redline at 10,000 RPM. It also has a digital gearbox position indicator, implying that the bike would have a 6-speed transmission.
The dual-channel ABS label confirms that this system will be available in at least the top-of-the-line Karizma XMR. Other features visible in the teaser include a digital speedometer, a clock, a temperature gauge, a fuel gauge, and a service indicator.
Earlier photographs of the bike revealed its attractive appearance, with a crisp fairing and mirrors mounted on it rather than on the handlebar, like on Hero’s Xtreme 200S. The bike also has a huge windscreen, which gives it a larger appearance. It has split seats with ducts under the pillion seat at the back. The bike sports a larger and more muscular gasoline tank, as well as a clip-on handlebar.
