Vistara, a leading full-service airline in India, has unveiled a new feature for its international flights: 20 minutes of complimentary Wi-Fi. This service will be available on Vistara’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and Airbus A321neo aircraft, marking a significant milestone as the first Indian airline to offer free in-flight Wi-Fi across all cabin classes. This new offering aligns with Vistara’s commitment to enhancing passenger experience. Travelers can use the complimentary 20 minutes of Wi-Fi to stay connected during their flight. For those needing additional internet access, Vistara provides several Wi-Fi plans available for purchase with Indian credit or debit cards. Passengers will receive one-time passwords via email, which will facilitate the purchase of extra connectivity during their active session.

In addition to free Wi-Fi, Vistara’s modern fleet features state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment systems, offering virtually 700 hours of entertainment such as movies, TV shows, and audio options. The connectivity is powered by Panasonic Avionics, providing seamless internet access at cruising altitude and allowing passengers to use social media, check emails, and stay updated. Globally recognized for its excellence, Vistara has received high ratings on TripAdvisor and Skytrax, and it has been named among the World’s Top 20 Airlines. For the second consecutive year, it earned the title of ’16th Best Airline’ worldwide. For those interested in additional connectivity, Vistara offers three Wi-Fi plans. The initial plan, offering unlimited chat access with the use of apps like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, is freely available for Club Vistara members who check in with their number. Non-members can purchase this plan for INR 372.74 plus taxes. The second plan, priced at INR 1,557.54 plus taxes, includes internet browsing and audio/video streaming capabilities. The third plan, at INR 2,707.04, offers unlimited data. Additionally, Business Class passengers and Platinum Club Vistara members receive 50 MB of complimentary Wi-Fi.
