Infosys BPM and IBM open AI and automation center

India (Commonwealth Union) _ In the most recent development in a two-year relationship with IBM to offer digital excellence to businesses around the world, Infosys BPM has opened its Centre of AI and Automation. In order to assist reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve CX, the center will provide AI and automation solutions for business operations. Enterprises will be able to analyze workflows, design AI-infused apps with low-code tooling, assign tasks to bots, and track performance on the go with end-to-end automation capabilities supported by reliable data and insights.

Clients will have access to a variety of digital solution offerings in the areas of data, AI, and hyperautomation, including Envizi for Sustainability, IBM SaferPayments, IBM Blockchain, IBM Sterling Supply Chain, IBM Risk and Fraud Detection software, IBM CloudPak for Data, and Infosys BPM’s core solutions, Intelligent Document Processing, Interaction Analytics, and Multilingua.

“IBM is focused on delivering customers and valued partners like Infosys the critical capabilities needed to expand AI for business,” said Marcin Gajdziski, country general manager for IBM Poland and the Baltics. The newly established Center of AI powered by IBM Watson in Lodz, Poland, will offer our joint clients considerable help in developing the digital economy as well as new talents and knowledge in the field of AI and hybrid cloud, serving as proof of the significance of the IBM Ecosystem approach.
