Diaspora (Commonwealth Union) _ S Jaishankar, India’s External Affairs Minister, observed Diwali at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in London during his official five-day visit to the UK. While praying for global Indian communities’ peace and prosperity, he lauded their contributions that elevate India’s profile worldwide. Earlier, Jaishankar joined British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for Diwali tea at Downing Street, exchanging wishes for the festival.
