According to Prime Minister Modi, infrastructure organizations, including roads and railroads, should map their projects with the water bodies being constructed under Amrit Sarovar. He said, “This would be a win-win situation as the material dug out from the Amrit Sarovars can be utilized for civil works by the agencies”. The prime minister also evaluated the National Broadband Mission during the discussion.

The PMO instructed states and agencies to utilize the centralized Gati Shakti Sanchar Portal to enable timely processing of Right of Way (RoW) applications. It said, “This would expedite the implementation of the mission”. Simultaneously, they should utilize technology to improve the quality of life of the common people. According to the PMO, a total of 311 projects with a cumulative cost of INR 14.82 lakh crore have been examined so far during the course of 39 PRAGATI sessions.

According to PM Modi, states should also create state-level GatiShakti Master Plans similar to the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan and have state-level entities for this purpose. He said, “This can go a long way in better planning, identifying and addressing key issues and ensuring better coordination for timely execution of projects”.
