Sarla explained about the simple exercise and its quick benefits in her social media post. She said, “You go from meetings to meetings without any break that leaves you fatigued by the end of the day. Here is a two-minute simple breathing exercise that you can do in between your meetings. The exercise should be performed in the following way. Relax yourself and prepare your body first. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, and then release it. Repeat doing this procedure for a total of ten times, which will not exceed two minutes.
